We are honored to have Bishop Mark Hanson preaching. Bishop Hanson, a fabulous preacher, will preach two different sermons at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. as we celebrate the Transfiguration of Our Lord.
He is the former Presiding Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (2001-2013) and served as the President of the Lutheran World Federation (2003-2010).

There will be a reception following 11 a.m. Mass with an opportunity for questions and answers with Bishop Hanson.

The annual meeting of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity will be Sunday, February 25, 12:20 p.m. (immediately following Mass). We will approve the 2017 annual report and the 2018 budget, and elect council members. All members are encouraged to be present.

Bach Vespers resumes its 50th anniversary season this Sunday, February 11. Music during Lent and Easter will include J. S. Bach’s early works and music of the resurrection.
