Thoughts from Pastor Miller
My Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I am delighted to announce that on Sunday, October 15, The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity unanimously passed a new constitution for our congregation (to be ratified on Sunday, December 10) and the special budget of $95,800 for our 150th anniversary celebration.
Bach Vespers resumes this Sunday afternoon, October 22, and will celebrate 50 years of outreach through this astonishing music ministry. We give thanks for all who have led the way as cantors, worshipers, and donors. Join us at 5 p.m. for this landmark occasion.
Also, as you plan ahead, note that much will occur next Sunday, October 29, as we observe the 500th anniversary of the Reformation. This is, of course, a once in a lifetime celebration. Do not miss this day!
These are remarkable opportunities at Holy Trinity with so much happening. Please read the following announcements carefully and join us during these exciting days.
Yours in Christ,
Pastor Wilbert Miller
