Lauded performer Kelly Hall-Tompkins, celebrated by the New York Times as 2017 "New Yorker of the Year" presents solo violin works throughout this service which features cantata 127 "Herr Jesu Christ, wahr' Mensch und Gott". Dylan Sauerwald returns to Holy Trinity to conduct this colorful and varied cantata along with works by Vulpius & Praetorius.
